Obituary for Lena Ethel Dalto
Lena (Straface) Dalto, age 97, passed away surrounded by her family on October 17, 2019.
A Harrison native, Lena retired from the Westchester Joint Water Works in Mamaroneck. She was an active member of the John Caboto Club, and the Columbiettes – The Affiliated Auxiliaries of the Knights of Columbus. You would also often find her at the Harrison Senior Center, where participated in many different activities.
Lena was preceded in death by her husband Joseph V. Dalto; and her son Joseph R. Dalto. She is survived by her grandchildren Nicole Dalto and Robert Dalto.
There will be a viewing at the Harrison Funeral Home on Sunday, October 20 from 2pm-6 p.m.. A Church service will be held the following day (Monday, October 21, 2019) at St. Gregory Church at 11am. Her final resting place will be at Greenwood Union cemetery.
