Macina, Mirella – of Fishkill, NY. Passed away peacefully at her home on Febuary 3rd, after a long battle with cancer, at the age of 74.
Born in 1942 in Rome, Italy. She immigrated with her family to the United States in 1952. Beloved wife of the late Frank V. Macina, sister to Ennio Copioli , and mother to four children: Frank Macina of Wingdale, NY; Vincent Macina of Poughquag, NY; Michael Macina of Stormville, NY, and Lisa Wood of Milford, CT. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren Zachary, Michelle, Christopher, Nicholas, Alexis, Michael and Danny.
Arrangements will be handled by Balsamo - Cordovano Funeral Home,15 Church Street - Carmel, NY. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7- 9 on Friday Feb. 5. Funeral Mass at 11:30 am at St.James the Apostle Church.
