*Hellllooo Mary*, that was the way I usually started our phone conversations when I would call Mary in the nursing home...always ending the conversation with *I love you.* Mary was an honest, giving, loving and caring friend. She was amazing with all the details she could remember about anything that interested her. She loved telling stories about her life living and growing up in the city , remembering names of neighbors, dates and events that happened. After taking care of her parents until they passed away , she was on her own...and she did it !...she was very brave and figured out what she needed to do. Mary had many friends and aquaintances , she loved to talk , she loved to help anyone in need. Mary was so very brave , right to the end of her journey on this earth, I will truly miss her , her personality, her stories and her friendship. God has blessed me and many others by putting Mary in our lives. I love you Mary.
