Rosemary Massimo age 90, passed away at Putnam Hospital on April 12, 2023, surrounded by family. She was born in the Bronx September 7, 1932, where she met her husband of 68 years, Michael Massimo. They later moved to Harrison, NY where they raised their family. In 1980 she moved to Mahopac where she resided until her passing. She is predeceased by her parents, Louis and Felicia (Sales) Barbella and her son Michael Massimo. She is survived by her husband Michael. Son Louis Massimo (Cheryl) and daughter Phyllis Mazziotta, 6 Grandchildren and 4 Great grandchildren. Gathering hours are Friday April 14, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:00 at The Balsamo-Cordovano Funeral Home in Carmel, NY. A mass of the Christian burial will be on Saturday April 15, 2023, at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church in Carmel, NY. Interment will be at a later date.
