Jose Abacu Castiblanco passed on Friday July 12, 2019. He was 79 years old. Devoted husband to Bertha for over 45 years, loving father to Lilia and Jose. He is also survived by granddaughter Lindsey (his pride and joy). He is also survived by four brothers Victor, Osvaldo, Antonio, Uriel and Gabriel.

I Promise You Will Smile Again

I promise you will smile again
Through it will take some time
This loss that you are feeling now
Will one day leave your mind
But memories do no wither
And memories do not fade
They live inside your heart and mind
As if they were just made
So in this time of grief my friend
Just hold onto your love
Your family and friends will hold you close
Just like our God above
You know one day you’ll meet again
Your dad he waits for you
So live your life the best you can
Until your times comes due
Just know your dad’s at peace right now
The pain he’s had now gone
His soul has flown through heavens gate
From dusk to always dawn
Your dad he lives inside of you
Wherever you may be
When you need him just call his name
And this God guarantees
