Otilia passed away surrounded by her loving family after a long and very brave battle with cancer.
She will be remembered as a remarkable example of selflessness and kindness to everyone she met.
Otilia was a devoted mother and grandmother who dedicated her life to her family and a kind soul who always put other’s needs ahead of her own.
She is predeceased by her husband Jaime Gil and her daughter Linda Gil.
She is survived by her children Elizabeth DaSilva and Jaime Gil, their spouses Jose DaSilva and Marcia Gil, and her loving grandchildren Joseph and Vanessa DaSilva.
Should friends desire, in lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Regional Hospice in Danbury.
